Paul Todd Howarth, 72, was arrested this week as a suspect in an arson fire at the Expedition Lodge in Estes Park. Investigators found a propane tank in the room he occupied, police said. The fire broke out Feb 27. No one was hurt. [Photo: Estes Park Police, Loveland Fire]
