A woman among the FBI's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives - who has family in Denver - was captured just a day after being added to the list.
KaShawn Roper, 50, was arrested Wednesday in High Springs, Florida, officials said. She is a suspect in a fatal shooting in Kansas City, Missouri, on Aug. 23, 2020.
The FBI had said she "might visit" Colorado.
The government offered a $1 million reward leading to Roper's arrest and conviction on Tuesday.
