Fugitive David McWilliams, accused of running down a bicyclist with his truck last year in Adams County, has been arrested, the sheriff's office said Friday.
The crime occurred May 10 in the vicinity of 79th Avenue and Quebec Street. The bicyclist suffered severe injuries. The suspect was arrested April 1 on attempted murder charges. The sheriff's office said: "McWilliams was located in a vehicle. Deputies quickly deployed a Grappler device, preventing the vehicle from fleeing.
