UPDATE
A man crossing East Arapahoe Road in Foxfield was killed by an auto early Friday, the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office said. The incident, near South Lewiston Way, occurred at 2:05 a.m. The man, aged 31, is believed to have been homeless.
The sheriff's office said: "The driver of the vehicle who hit the pedestrian is not facing any criminal charges at this time."
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
