Deputies arrested a suspect after a months-long spree of vacuum cleaner thefts from a Target store in Highlands Ranch. "The suspect was observed removing security devices from merchandise," the Douglas County Sheriff's Office reported Tuesday. "Deputies were called immediately and made the arrest on-site. Looks like this scheme lost suction." The arrest occurred April 27. The stolen vacuums are valued at more than $1,200, the sheriff's office said.
