Four people were injured Sunday in a head-on crash in Thornton.
One person required extrication and paramedics "administered whole blood to critically injured patients before they were transported for further medical care," Thornton Fire said. North Metro Fire, South Adams Fire and Adams County Fire also responded to the accident at 100th Avenue and Riverdale Road. [Photos: Thornton Fire]
