FEDS ZAP CRAZED FUGITIVE WEARING WIG IN DENVER

A taser zap took down a wig-wearing fugitive parolee who bolted from a Denver home "screaming hysterically," the U.S. Marshals Service said. A special federal task force including local law enforcement made the arrest last week near Federal Boulevard and Louisiana Avenue. Joseph Barrios, 46, was wanted for aggravated robbery, auto theft and larceny as well as a warrant from the Colorado Department of Corrections.
