FATAL FIRE RULED ACCIDENTAL

A duplex fire that killed a woman in Lakewood has been ruled accidental. Police identified the victim as Patricia Sullivan, 57. Investigators initially labeled the July 11 blaze in the 1700-block of Cody St. suspicious.
