SUSPECTED HIT & RUN DRIVER RETURNS TO SCENE

A suspected hit-and-run driver killed a pedestrian and returned to the scene 2 1/2 hours later and surrendered, Westminster Police said. The accident occurred in the 8200-block of Sheridan Boulevard Saturday.
