BRIGHTON GIRL WITH DISABILITY MISSING SINCE AUG. 22

 

Aaliyah Heredia, 14 - who has a "cognitive impairment" - is still missing weeks after she disappeared, police said Friday.

Heredia, who sports a butterfly tattoo on her right hand, was last seen at 7:20 p.m. on Aug. 22 in the vicinity of 300 Grey Rock Street in Brighton.

The Hispanic youth was wearing gray pants, a black shirt and a black backpack, according to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, which issued a Missing Endangered Alert hours after her disappearance. She stands 5-foot-2, weighs 120 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.
