Notorious drug kingpin and prison lifer El Chapo is whittling away inside his Colorado home - the federal supermax prison, ADX Florence.
"I can tell you that I've noticed changes that are a little strange and well, they're a little worrying," his lawyer tells London's Daily Mirror.
"They give him food through a small door. There (in his cell) he eats, there he bathes, he doesn't leave those four walls."
What the lawyer didn't say is that he's an experienced prison escape artist - and a very violent man.
El Chapo, 68, is the former chief of the Sinaloa drug cartel.
