FAKE SURGEON WON'T CUT IT OUT

A wannabe once sent to prison for performing cosmetic surgery without a medical license is suspected of doing it again.

State officials issued a cease-and-desist order for Carlos Hernandez Fernandez, 45, who once wielded the surgical blade at a private clinic in Lakewood, reports say.

He had held a surgical assistant license.
