Fire in a scooter's lithium battery caused a building fire Tuesday at 8250 East Harvard Avenue in Arapahoe County, South Metro Fire Rescue said. Earlier Tuesday, an overheated lithium battery in a phone caused the evacuation of a Colorado Springs school.
