ALL SMOKE, NO $$$: TORCH MAN FAILS TO CUT OPEN ATM

A bank robber armed with a blowtorch attacked an ATM in Commerce City - but failed to grab the loot, police disclosed Monday.
"It's all smoke and flames and no cash," officials reported. "We'd still love to catch him and hold him accountable. He caused a significant amount of damage. "Unfortunately, he was hooded and masked so you won't be able to identify him, but we know criminals talk."
