A stolen auto chased by police slammed into a traffic signal pole on Monday, killing the driver and passenger.
The accident occurred at East Alameda Avenue at South Peoria Street in Aurora, police said. The stolen auto - traveling at a high rate of speed - was attempting a left turn onto Alameda when it crashed, police said. [Photo: Aurora Police Department]
