A small airplane crashed Saturday near a home in rural Weld County and the plane's occupants escaped without injury, the Hudson Fire Protection District said.
There were no injuries on the ground either when single-engine craft flipped over in a field.
"Upon arrival, firefighters located the aircraft and confirmed two occupants on board," fire officials said. "Both had self-extricated prior to our arrival."
