Firefighters rescued a critically injured person from a Christmas Eve house fire in Loveland.
Crews "performed a rescue through a large window" in the home on South Del Norte Avenue, the Loveland Fire Authority said.
People living nearby were credited with sounding the alarm.
"This incident highlights the importance of alert neighbors—smoke was spotted from the rear of the home and 911 was called immediately," officials said.
Police and the fire authority are investigating the blaze.
