A hiker plunged 20-feet off a trail Wednesday near the visitor's center at Red Rocks and suffered serious injuries, West Metro Fire Rescue said.
"Members of our technical rescue team hiked the patient out to a waiting ambulance," fire officials said.
The hiker was sent to hospital in critical condition.
