Denver police identified the youth shot dead at a large celebration marking the ouster of Venezuelan President Maduro as William Rodriguez Salas, 16.Three other people were injured - and "one other victim is also not expected to survive their injuries," police said.
The crime occurred Saturday night in a parking lot in 10100-block of East Hampton Avenue near South Galena Street. The celebration included a food truck displaying a Venezuelan flag.
Police are seeking suspects and have yet to comment on a motive. Venezuelan gangsters have a violent presence in the Denver area.
