Charity Johnson, 35, was arrested as a second suspect in a weekend shooting death at Wolff Run Park in Westminster, police said Wednesday. The other suspect, Kenny Espinosa, 27, was arrested in Eagle County after a manhunt that shut down I-70 in Eagle County Tuesday. Johnson was also arrested Tuesday.
