COPS ARREST 3, SEIZE 2 GUNS IN WESTMINSTER

Westminster police arrested three people and seized a stolen gun and an illegal ghost gun after responding to a report of gunfire. No one was hurt. Bullets struck several autos. The incident occurred near 115th Avenue and Pecos Street on Feb 13.
