UPDATE
In Laramie County, Wyoming, deputies conducted a "high visibility" crackdown Wednesday, stopping 20 vehicles and issuing 14 warnings for a variety of violations, including expired tags. Six motorists were ticketed for speeding in the vicinity of Whitney Road and Dell Range Boulevard.
