FIREFIGHTER INJURED IN ARSON FIRE IN BOULDER

A firefighter suffered minor injuries Thursday in an arson fire at an apartment building in Boulder.

A resident, Ranita Ezeonu, 37, was arrested as a suspect, Boulder Fire Rescue said. The fire started in her apartment. The building is located in the 3700-block of Canfield Street. An automatic sprinkler system contained the flames. "The investigation indicates that the fire was intentionally set with evidence suggesting multiple items were ignited within the suspect’s apartment unit," official said.
