A pickup truck and semi collided on northbound I-25 in the vicinity of Castle Rock early Wednesday, shutting down the interstate during rush hour.
The pickup truck driver was transported to hospital.
The wreck occurred near milepost 181, south of Castle Rock at about 4:30 a.m., according to the Colorado State Patrol.
