MANY SEMIS TIP AS WINDS ROAR ACROSS ROCKIES


UPDATE

As winds crashed across the Rockies, a semi flipped Thursday on eastbound I-70 at Lookout Mountain - one of many such mishaps in Jefferson County and northern Colorado. I-25 was closed near the Wyoming line.
