SICK HIGH SCHOOL PRANK WITH FAKE BLOOD TRIGGERS ACTIVE SHOOTER ALERT

Two students were arrested after an active shooter stunt with fake blood and a bomb threat at Adams City High School.

Hundreds of police and deputies sped to the scene Wednesday and "immediately entered the school, going room to room, clearing the building, believing there may be an active shooter still at large and multiple victims," Commerce City police said. Authorities "found what appeared to be a blood trail in several areas of the school" and "two students who were covered in what looked like fake blood - the same substance officers had encountered in parts of the building," police said. They were charged with
misdemeanor Interference with Staff or Faculty of an Educational Facility, and felony False Report of Explosives and False Report of an Active Shooter. Commerce City Police Chief Darrel Guadnola said: "“For many, calls of this nature are their worst nightmare. Whether a first responder, a parent, a teacher or a student— most will never forget this day.”
