Fugitive Stephan Powell was arrested near West 10th Avenue and Johnson Road in Golden, the U.S Marshals Service said Wednesday. The suspect was wanted by Golden police on a variety of criminal charges, including aggravated assault with a weapon, the marshals service said. There were eight arrest warrants outstanding for Powell. Officials provided no other information. [Photo: U.S. Marshals]
