LITHIUM-ION BATTERY FIRE WRECKS HOME IN AURORA, DAMAGES PROPANE TANKS


A lithium-ion battery fire wrecked a home in Aurora early Saturday and damaged propane tanks that firefighters emptied through a flare. No one was hurt in the 900-block of North Idalia Circle, officials said. The battery was being charged.
