U.S. Army bomb specialists removed two unexploded shells discovered in Evergreen, the Clear Creek County Sheriff's Office said Thursday. "The ordnances were in the possession of a homeowner," the sheriff's office said. "The Army said 'Don't touch them.'" Members of the Jefferson County bomb squad responded with X-ray equipment. The incident occurred on Diamond Drive on Tuesday. No one was hurt.
