COPS SAY DOG ABANDONED, TIED TO POLE IN COMMERCE CITY

Commerce City police went to the aid of an abandoned dog that a Good Samaritan found tied to a utility pole.

The dog was placed in an animal shelter "where she’s bound to find a forever family who won’t mistreat her again," police said.  The dog is described as a "Mastiff mix."
