FIRE HITS TOWNHOME IN ARVADA; NO INJURIES

Fire broke out Tuesday in a townhome in the 9400-block of West 47th Avenue in Arvada. No one was home. Firefighters from Engine Company 51 "encountered heavy black smoke on the first floor," Arvada Fire said. West Metro Fire also responded. [Photo: Arvada Fire]
