Daniel Ray Ballance, of Quartzsite, Arizona, was arrested for riding naked atop a locomotive chugging through northeast Colorado. "Daniel expressed his love of vodka, beer, and playing the Banjo" when he was taken into custody, the Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office said. Ballance broke the window on the Union Pacific locomotive and climbed inside during last Wednesday's bizarre incident, the sheriff's office said. He was jailed on felony and misdemeanor charges.
