A motorist was killed in a hit-and-run crash on I-25 in Greenwood Village, police said.
"Despite life-saving efforts, the driver was pronounced deceased at the scene," police said. "The other driver fled before officers arrived."
Northbound lanes of I-25 were closed for several hours after early Sunday's crash north of East Orchard Road. No other details were released by police.
