Grand Junction is mourning the deaths of five teenage boys killed in a weekend auto crash.
The wreckage was discovered Sunday morning. The accident apparently occurred Saturday night when the vehicle veered off a cliff along Lookout Lane.
"We grieve alongside our community and stand together to support one another," Grand Junction police said.
All the boys were 17. Three wore seat belts, including the driver and front-seat passenger. Speed may have been a factor.
