A regional fugitive task force captured four Texas murder suspects in Northglenn, the U.S. Marshals Service announced Monday.
They were arrested at a house in the 3400-block of 105th Court on Sept. 21. The slaying occurred 10 days earlier in an apartment in Lewisville, Texas, a suburb of Dallas.
The task force - consisting of federal, state and local agencies - "executed a search warrant of the premises where a semi-automatic handgun and other evidentiary items were located, several of which were believed to be tied to the murder," the Marshals Service said.
The suspects were identified as Gabriel Olivo-Olivo, 28, Erian Espinoza-Martinez, 20, Carly Guerrero-Aguero 20, and a juvenile.
The adults were booked into the Adams County Jail pending extradition to Texas.
U.S. Marshal Kirk Taylor said: “When state, local, and federal partners work hand-in-hand, there becomes nowhere to run for those attempting to flee from justice.”
