A Kawasaki motorcycle fleeing sheriff's deputies was struck by a hit-and-run Chevrolet - and the state patrol is seeking witnesses to help solve the summertime crime.
The bizarre "two wrongs don't make a right" incident occurred at 11:12 p.m. on July 25 at Rosemary Street and East Iliff Avenue in Denver.
The Kawasaki ran a red light on southbound Iliff as it attempted to outrun Arapahoe County deputies on another matter. The light-colored Chevrolet was westbound on Rosemary.
The biker and a passenger were hurt. "The Chevrolet did not stop and continued traveling westbound on Rosemary Street," the patrol said.
If you have information, contact the state patrol (303) 239-4501 and reference case number VC260250.
