Police arrested four people and seized drugs, drug paraphernalia, guns and a stolen trailer at a home in Westminster. Investigators obtained a search warrant for the residence in the 7900-block of North Lowell Boulevard, police said Tuesday. The recent arrests follow an "extensive investigation related to motor vehicle theft, drug possession and distribution, and eluding," police said.
