A bear bearing no ticket was coaxed off the ramp at Montrose Regional Airport on Tuesday.
No harm done. No major delays.
"He showed up without a boarding pass, didn't have the proper ramp credentials, and frankly, didn't seem to have any intention of catching a flight," airport officials said.
They speculated that the scent of fresh baked goods at the airport cafe may have attracted the four-legged visitor.
Montrose is served by American, Delta, United and Southwest airlines, according to the airport's website.
