2 SCOOTER RIDERS HURT IN HIT & RUN

Two people riding a standup scooter were injured early Saturday in a hit-and-run crash at 17th and Welton streets in downtown Denver, police said.

In a separate incident, a bicycle rider was injured in a hit-and run accident at West 14th Avenue and North Yates Street early Saturday, police said. Additionally, a person was injured when a car smashed into a tree early Saturday at East 11th Avenue and North Bellaire Street, police said.
