The victim of a fatal wreck on I-25 apparently "suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound after the crash," Denver police said Friday. The single-vehicle accident occurred near Colfax Avenue on Thursday night, shutting down northbound lanes of the interstate. Traffic was diverted onto streets in the Auraria district. "Circumstances of the crash remain under investigation," police said. In another highway accident, an 18-wheeer rolled over on I-70 westbound Friday night near Tower Road, Aurora police said. One person suffered minor injuries.
