SUSPECT CHARGED IN SHOOTING

Isiah Small, 21, has been charged with first-degree assault in a shooting that injured a construction worker near 62nd Avenue and Broadway in Adams County Sept. 1, prosecutors said Friday. He's also been charged with menacing.
