The Weld County Sheriff's Office is piecing together events leading to last weekend's death of pedestrian Talia Rodriguez, 20, near Greeley-Weld Airport.
The tragedy occurred at about 1:42 a.m. Sunday at Weld County Road 60.5 and Weld County Road 47.
"Detectives are investigating the timeframe of events that occurred prior to the traffic crash to determine if any crimes occurred prior to the crash," the sheriff's office said.
