The Colorado Bureau of Investigation issued an alert early Monday for Azlyn LaPenna, 14, who has been missing since last month.
LaPenna was last seen near 44th Avenue and Newland Street in Wheat Ridge on Oct. 30 - and has "health issues," CBI said. Officials did not disclose why the missing person alert wasn't issued sooner. If you have information, call 911 or the Wheat Ridge Police Department at (303) 980-3485.
