FLASH UPDATE - IVAN RODRIGUEZ HAS BEEN LOCATED AND IS SAFE.
The Colorado Bureau of Investigation issued a missing person alert for Ivan Rodriguez, 18, last seen early Sunday in the vicinity of West 75th Avenue and Marshall Street in Arvada. "He has a cognitive delay and is very shy," CBI said. "He may not approach strangers."
