An Avocado tree surrounded by a warming apparatus burst into flames Sunday night and spread to the exterior of a home in Erie, Mountain View Fire said.
"Homeowners and neighbors helped limit the spread of the flames because they started dousing the fire with buckets of water," officials said. "Fire crews finished extinguishing the fire before the flames reached the interior of the home." No injuries were reported at the fire on Daily Drive.
