UPDATE
Police tracked down little Giovani Salazar-President, 2, kidnapped Tuesday in Colorado Springs - and he is safe.
The tot was seated in the back of a 2021 black Kia Seltos stolen from the King Street Apartments in the 2700-block of King Street - just before 3 p.m. He was located about two hours later. Police said the thief abandoned the vehicle - leaving the child behind. The Colorado Bureau of Investigation had issued an Amber Alert. KKTV 11 reported that police declined to disclose where the auto was found due to the investigation.
