SKIER CRASHES INTO TREE, DIES AT COPPER MOUNTAIN

A skier crashed into a tree and died at Copper Mountain Resort, the Summit County Sheriff's Office said. The tragedy occurred on American Flyer, an intermediate run. The man hit the tree "with considerable force" Friday, officials said.
