Police found a dead woman at a residence in Denver and classified the case as a murder.
Officers responded to a "welfare check" in the 1600-block of Logan Street on Wednesday night.
"Upon arrival, an adult female victim was found deceased," police said Thursday. "This is now being investigated as a homicide."
