WOMAN SHOT DEAD AT EASTER GATHERING IN DENVER PARK; POSSIBLE DRIVE-BY

A woman died after a shooting at a crowded park in Denver on Easter Sunday.

Another person was injured in the brutal crime in the 3600-block of North Vine Street, according to police. The suspect or suspects remained at large Monday.

Neighbors told Fox 31 the shooting may have been a drive-by attack. As many as 100 people were at Russell Square Park celebrating the holiday, neighbors said.

The woman was pronounced dead at hospital, police said. No other details were released.
