Police arrested Justin Edwards, 37, accused of kidnapping a tortoise named "Howard" from a pet shop in Colorado Springs. Edwards was tracked down and busted at a hotel - but there was no sign of the tortoise. "Detectives continued their investigation, conducted additional interviews, and developed information that led them to Howard's whereabouts," police said.
